MEET YOUR COACH
Katie Mason is a Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and Pilates Teacher with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
She works with women who want to feel strong, move well, and connect to their bodies. Her approach is simple, combining strength, mobility, and an understanding of how the body moves, so training supports everyday life.
Katie created Connect Coaching to give women access to structured training, real guidance, and practical tools they can actually use. Through both personalised coaching, or self-guided programs, her goal is to help women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies long term.
